The roleAs an Assistant Technical Engineer at CS DYNAMIC SPECIALTY CABLE SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Technical Team, this full-time position based in Johor will involve analysing data, creating reports, and providing technical expertise to ensure the smooth running of the business.
What you'll be doing
Gathering and analysing production, quality data to identify trends and optimisation opportunities
Study and monitor the long term consistency of raw materials
Providing technical support and advice to production and procurement teams
Collaborating with cross-functional departments in improvement projects and new product development
What we're looking for
Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering, Analytics, or a related technical field
1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the manufacturing industries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data
Proficient in using data analysis tools, such as Excel
Good communication skills to effectively convey technical information
Teamwork spirit, self-discipline & self-motivated
