Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers.
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Handle correspondence and respond to inquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Deal with employee requests regarding air & bus ticket purchase, home leave, etc.
Assist HR Executive for worker permit cancellation – COM.
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
Handle tenancy for company properties, including liaising with agents & tenants, attend to tenant's complaints, arrange contractors for repair work, etc.
Supervise the company driver and despatch personnel, coordinating their schedules, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documents and assigned work.
Generate daily inventory report for checking.
Perform stock take on a monthly basis to ensure accurate stock inventory in the warehouse; rectify any discrepancies.
Collaborate with warehouse & logistics to coordinate special requests or arrangements needed.
Communicate daily with the commercial team and ensure your teammate updates them on the status of client orders, summarize, compile, and email the required reports.
Ensure documents are properly organized, maintained, and filed in a timely manner.
Prepare, draft and/or review Memorandum (Memo) and Documents.
Process relevant expenses claims, company payments to finance department and monitor the payment status.
Assist and guide streaming hosts in completing live streaming tasks assigned by the company.
Help resolve administrative issues as they arise.
Identify and connect with content creators, maintaining regular communication and preparing necessary samples.
Maintain or replace office equipment.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate and schedule shipments, deliveries, and pickups.
Assist in inventory management, including data entry.
Perform other assignments related to Project Authority & Management Team from time to time.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Basic computer skills.
