Assistant to the Executive Director (With Legal Experience)This role involves providing comprehensive support to the Executive Director by attending client meetings, coordinating with departmental heads, assisting in the tender process, and addressing legal matters for the company.

Prepare reports, briefs, and presentations to assist in strategic decision-making.
Take minutes during meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
Act as the primary liaison between the Executive Director and departmental heads to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Provide legal advice and support on company-related matters, including contract review, compliance, and dispute resolution.
Draft and review legal documents, ensuring alignment with the company's interests and statutory regulations.
Stay informed about the company's business operations and industry trends to provide informed insights and recommendations.
Assist in events and related preparations as required.
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification; admission to practice is required.
Experience: At least 3–5 years of legal practice experience, preferably in a corporate or business environment.
At least 5 years working experience.
Skill and Attributes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in legal research, contract drafting, and business correspondence.
