Job Summary:
The Assistant, Training is responsible for maintaining training records up to date in order to maintain the data in the Agile System database and to assist the Trainer with line training development and capturing the training attendance for all employees (direct labor/indirect labor).
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparing updated Training Log for training attendance evidence.
Preparing and keeping record of Master Data.
Filing Training Log/Records.
Uploading scanned records and emailing them to the Compliance Training Team.
Following up on Training Assignments.
Documentation and report generation.
Cross-checking the WI/MAP/SOP updated Revision.
Assisting in HRDF application/registration/claiming process.
Assisting in preparing Audit documentation requirements.
Assisting the Trainer in Training Program Development, both internally and externally.
Interacting with the Department for related Training assignments or documentation.
Assisting the Trainer during Training and/or at Line production as required.
Continuous Learning: staying updated on data/new line technologies, best practices, and enhancing own knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality Training demands.
Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years in Training or related experience.
Basic English proficiency.
Ability to work independently, be deadline-focused, self-motivated, and proactive.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards is an added advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to assist the Trainer in delivering engaging and impactful training sessions.
Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple up-to-date training records and programs simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Windows (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
Experience with Web system Training Applications.
Familiarity with Record Keeping Systems.
Familiarization with the Local HRDF system.
Education:
High School/Certificate/Diploma/Degree or any other relevant certificate that may be considered in lieu of a Diploma/Degree.
Related experiences in Training are also acceptable.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required.
