THE JOB: Finance Prepare and process all payments from all departments (Project/Admin/Others)Deposit and bank in collections of cash and cheques (If any).Responsible to check and issue relevant invoice and receipt (If any).Prepare monthly cash flow report for the company and for Operation Committee (OC report).Prepare bank reconciliation for company bank account (Admin & Non HDA).In-charge of the clearance of intercompany transaction (if any).Pick-up any adjustment & provision for all companies to not be left out. (eg: prov bonus,prov zakat,prov tax fee, prov audit fees, others)Accountable for the safekeeping of companies petty cash.Responsible for Account Payable transactions.Manage the companies accrual (Year end & completed Projects – Vacant Possession)Formulate and prepare companies yearly budget and forecast which consists of projects, profit and loss, cash flow and administration budget.Assist on the preparation of 5 years budget and Business Plan.Human Resource Provide support in Human Capital activities including employee development/training, souring, mobility, claims and others.Provide support to a variety of administrative activities relate to office rental, maintenance, repair, security issues, general procurement, mailing, asset management and others.Liaise and assists in preparation and submission of documents/business licenses to the stakeholders/local authority.Establish proper filing reference, records, forms including maintaining proper documentation filing in both hardcopies and digital via Microsoft Teams.Plan an organize any corporate events, meetings and activities including meals and refreshments as required.Ensuring compliance to the UDA's Policies, Procedures, Guidelines and activities as relevant and required.Any other duty and responsibility as assigned by company from time to time. THE INCUMBENTS: Minimum Degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalent with 3 – 5 years of working experience in Property Development field.Good interpersonal skills to drive team work and ability to work with all levels of personnel
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint and Outlook.Experience in rolling out of SAP System will be an advantageMeticulous, good analytical skills and problem solver.
