Assistant Vice President - Regional Cash Onboarding Job DescriptionThis role requires a high caliber professional based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The candidate will lead complex deal implementations, manage client onboarding, and oversee all client activity end-to-end.
Main Responsibilities:Implement complex deals using project management methodology and manage client onboarding experiences.
Oversee all client onboarding activities from start to finish.
Manage and coordinate work involved in complex deals with partners including Sales, Product, Technology, Client Operations, and others.
Serve as a single point of contact for clients and internal partners.
Develop customized project plans tailored to client requirements.
Establish governance models to deliver client requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
Continuously reduce implementation cycle times and report project statuses effectively.
Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Lead meetings and coordinate activities of implementation teams.
Manage regular client communication for portfolios of projects.
Lead testing and solution validation efforts.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Audit risk when making business decisions to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
Requirements:5-8 years of experience.
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
Cross-functional teamwork experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Project Management Certification (e.g., PMI) is preferable.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
