Responsibilities:Develop and implement new lending programs to support Group SME Banking strategic direction and value proposition to customers to gain market share.
Regular review of lending programs effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
Conduct product programs related training.
Initiate and develop campaigns to drive sales productivity and product take-up rates.
Review operational flows and streamline operating processes to improve/simplify sales processes.
In-charge of the maintenance (including updates/ communications/ handling Sales queries) for Group SME Banking forms and checklist, SOP.
Support the development/user testing of product program's system parameters and codes.
Conduct research & benchmarking studies of other competitors & marketplace and research & analysis of new products & services, including industry value chain assessments.
Act as liaison with Bank Negara, Government Agencies on product regulatory matters and compliance issues, and Bank Negara Credit Risk Review (CRR) related matters for Group SME Banking.
Job Requirements:At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or any other related field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Banking Industry.
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in SME/Commercial Lending.
Meticulous and have strong analytical skills.
Strong understanding of credit principles of SME loan products and solutions.
Experience in managing product development projects within a banking system.
Strong business acumen, proactive, and have a strong sense of commitment and accountability.
Possess strong problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Highly motivated and able to perform under pressure.
