Assistant Vice President, Operations/Cds

JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE Service clients and producers at the Operations counter on collections, trade settlements and account management transactions.Attending to clients' and producers' requests and queries. Provide accurate information on procedure, forms and products/services.Processes new accounts and applications for submission and follow-up on their execution.Perform daily reconciliation on collections and deposits are the same at the bank. Maintain a professional and pleasant disposition when dealing with clients and producers.Ensures all operational matters regarding the branch are attended to. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Attend to queries and process requests from clients and provide information on procedures, forms and products/services. Assist clients in completing forms where required.Attend to producer's queries and requests, ensuring that account opening forms are duly checked for accuracy and completeness and submit the application in the system without any errors for processing.Preparing, checking, and monitoring all CCD/Margin related reports.Assist in execution of clients' request for contract amendment, transfer of contract and increase in margin facility limit.Perform credit evaluations and updating of clients and remisiers trading limit requests and adjustments. JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree in related field e.g. Finance or BusinessMin 3 years relevant working experience in retail broking orRelevant experience in financials in other financial institutions
