Responsible for the new development of Islamic Banking products and services covering product conceptualisation, development and implementation.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategy to increase the product base.
Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Oversee the user acceptance testing process flow and ensure system integration is completed prior to product roll out.
Conduct post implementation review to evaluate the success rate and recommend solution for process improvement.
Provide advisory on financial solutions especially for wholesale market.
Requirements
A recognised Degree in Islamic Banking and Finance or equivalent.
Professional certification in Islamic Finance such as AQIF will be an added advantage.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Islamic Banking with a strong background in research and product development.
Good interpersonal and writing skills.
Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.#J-18808-Ljbffr
