Job Title: Plantation ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Plantation Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our plantation, including estate operations and management.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct variance study on annual Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) production on operating units and carry out plan/action to maximize land and manpower productivity.
Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans to meet productivity targets, control costs, and resource management.
Prepare and submit regular performance reports, including yield, labor management, financials, and other key performance indicators, to the top management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, environmental guidelines, and sustainability standards.
Manage estate operations, including nursery, plasma farmers, land preparation, field maintenance, harvesting, transport, and infrastructure.
Lead a large and diverse workforce, promoting operational and workforce efficiency.
Requirements:Degree in Plantation, Agriculture, or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a related position in reputable Oil Palm plantation companies.
Strong leadership and team management skills, capable of leading a large workforce.
High integrity and substantial experience in oil palm development from jungle would be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions to improve estate performance.
Additional Requirements:Conversant with the use of personal computers.
Willingness to relocate to Kalimantan, Indonesia.
Experience working in Indonesian plantations is highly valued.
Compensation Package:The salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
