Assistant Warehouse Manager

Ensure coordination with the sales team to fulfill customer packing and delivery needs according to company SOP Supervise all aspects of local warehouse operations, encompassing inventory management and security protocols Optimize logistics arrangements, focusing on minimizing costs and lead times with delivery partners Provide timely shipment updates and handle reverse logistics processes efficiently. Stay updated on government regulations and ensure compliance with necessary permits and certifications. Troubleshoot any operational issues and maintain professional relationships with relevant authorities. Monitor industry regulations and implement strategic changes for compliance and efficiency. Generate and analyze metrics reports to drive continuous improvement. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management Requirements Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software. Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Job Type: Full-time
