Assistant Welder Supervisor

Job Highlight Responsibility to report directly to Assistant Production Manager Responsible for daily production, material scheduling, tracking orders status in production Ensure production quality and safety standards are complied Supervise, direct control and motivate production staff Prepare and submit report related production performance To proper recording the WIP and finished goods Ensure work instruction and procedures are carrying outs Liaise with other department to ensure production goals are met Liaise on quality problems and take the necessary counter measures to prevent recurrent Check and maintain good housekeeping in production, store and factory premises Ad hoc assignment given from time to time.
Job Requirement and Qualification: Need to have welding experience Need to work for rotating nightshift
