Responsibility to report directly to Assistant Production ManagerResponsible for daily production, material scheduling, tracking orders status in productionEnsure production quality and safety standards are compliedSupervise, direct control and motivate production staffPrepare and submit report related production performanceTo proper recording the WIP and finished goodsEnsure work instruction and procedures are carrying outsLiaise with other department to ensure production goals are metLiaise on quality problems and take the necessary counter measures to prevent recurrentCheck and maintain good housekeeping in production, store and factory premisesAd hoc assignment given from time to time.
