In this position you will play a vital role in managing:
Full cycle of AP & AR processes,
General Ledger & Tax functions
to maintain financial records and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, you will have the opportunity to:
Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Assist in month-end closing activities related to AP and AR.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
General Ledger & Tax functions
Managing the general ledger accounting functions.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
Manage tax compliance and reporting, including preparation of tax returns.
Conduct regular reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely submission.
Assist Finance Manager to analyze and interpret tax regulations and provide guidance to the finance team.
What will you bring to Ansell?
Experience in managing AP and AR processes.
Experience in managing general ledger accounting functions.
Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume transactions efficiently.
Experience with financial reporting and month-end and year-end closing activities.
Experience with preparing and filing tax returns, including indirect tax returns and deferred tax computations.
Familiarity with financial statement preparation and analysis.
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply tax regulations.
Experience liaising with auditors and managing audit processes.
Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software.
