**Job Description**:**Role**:Process Associate**Timings**:Flexible (Permanent)**Industry**:BPO**Work Mode**:Work from office**Functional Area**:ITES / BPO / Customer Service**Process**:VoiceKey Skills: Support Associate Manager- 2A Level AssociateLocal Malaysian onlyMandarin Speaker- Basic Graduate in any discipline is required- 1 - 2 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry.- Hands-on experience in working on Master data process i.e Agreements/Contracts, Claims etc.- Experience in working on ERP systems i.e SAP & Web based tools- Proficient MS ExcelSalary : MYR 2.6-4.9k3A Level- 3 - 5 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry.- Basic Graduate in any discipline is required- Strong understanding of Master data process, Amendments, Pricing, licensee, pricing sheets, reports.- Customer / Client facing experience- Proficient MS skillsSalary : 4k-6k4A/4B Level- 5 - 7 years of experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry- Any bachelor's degree from a recognized institution- End to End understanding of Master data, Agreements, Amendments, Pricing, licensee, pricing sheets, reports etc- Problem solving and analytical skills.- Proficient MS skills- Customer / Client facing experience preferredSalary : 6k-7k
