AsAssociate, Adventure & Wellness,you will be responsible to support and assist Lead, Group People Happiness & IR in the planning, coordination, and deployment of employee engagement and industrial relations strategies, campaigns and projects.
What You Will Support and Assist
People happiness, mindfulness, mental wellness and employee engagement campaigns.
Development, implementation and deployment of policies, and standard procedures.
Implementation of recreational, adventure, well-being activities and projects.
Handling grievances, investigations, consequence management and union matters.
What You Will Need
Minimum Diploma or bachelor's degree in related/ relevant discipline
LLB is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Employment Act and related legislation.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong competency in people management, industrial relations, and employee engagement.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
