Besides that, the objection of this position is also including develop the new product/revamp existing product and identified transformation project/ initiatives, the individual as driver (business lead) to ensure success of Project/initiatives execution to support the CSD strategy.- As Business Lead and driver for CS in Project/initiative assigned, to ensure Project phases, specifically for CS-specific features are successfully implemented and achieve the business goals. Expecting to work closely with Project Manager and providing feedback/making decision to achieve the project goal and objective. Preparation of analysis (pricing/non pricing related)/business case/User Request/Change Request, any test script/etc are part of the job role.- Drive and lead the business rules and logic review along the project journey- Cultivate the change management process among business users as well as Management- Ensure alignment between all stakeholders are seamless, transparent and clearly cascaded. Expecting to actively seek for solution/overcome the challenges to ensure alignment between all stakeholders to achieve the project goal and objective.- As "translator" between Technical team and non-Technical team in term of translating business requirements (e.g. business rules and logics) into system and process features- Ensure all changes (i.e. business rules, business processes, system enhancements, etc.) are done in full compliance manner and proper training is provided to users in timely and effective manner- Responsible to provide periodic update and present to Project Sponsor and Senior Users- Assist in providing internal staff roll down for new/modified product.- Assist in preparing sales collateral, including necessary approval.- Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives._
