Job Description:
For Associate:
• Conducting due diligence, compiling list of due diligence issue and preparing due diligence report.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation.
• Attending meetings and signings of legal documentation.
• Attending stamping and registration of the legal documentation with various authorities.
• Preparing compliance checklist in respect of compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines and ensure compliance thereof.
• Compiling documents for fulfilment of conditions precedent / conditions subsequent.
• Assisting research on various area of laws in connection with the project undertaken.


Qualifications and Requirements:
• Admitted to Malaysian Bar.
• No specific PQE is required, but prior experience in banking and finance, capital markets and/or real estate is welcomed.
• Professional Working Proficiency level in English (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of Companies Act and Capital Markets and Services Act is a must.
