Associate-Deal Hunt

Team and Role Introduction:
Deal Hunting, the role requires you to carry out end to end campaign deal hunting task delivery, evaluate & improve the deal hunting performance for all campaigns.
Our goal is to achieve smooth campaign fulfillment and lead our local markets to achieve constant performance growth.
This position will be based in Malaysia, reporting to VP of Campaign operations.
Responsibilities:Campaign management: Responsible for end to end deal-hunting planning, timeline management, milestone fulfillment, progress tracking and all supporting tasks for the allocated campaigns & projects.
Post-campaign evaluation: Support the preparation of performance analysis, identify pain points, form post-campaign insights & establish areas of improvement.
Be the go-to person for deal-hunting queries & system related knowledge.
Partnership with regional cross-functions & country teams to optimize & improve deal hunting processes.
Support the development of SOP processes & guideline material.
Work with product managers to improve & deliver deal hunting related features upgrade.
Job Requirements:
Requirements/Qualifications (must have):3 to 5 years' experience in e-Commerce or marketplace.
Strong analytical skills with good understanding of ecommerce metrics.
Pro-active attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
Self-motivator & team player, and embrace a collaborative and open working culture.
