No matter your level of Associate DevOps Engineer proficiency, you can always grow within our diverse environment.Grow togetherOur team is looking for an Associate DevOps Engineer who will provide L2 and L3 support for Global BU Critical service SPARK and ensure that all agreed targets, SLAs, and metrics are met.
You need to have strong knowledge in ServiceNow, particularly the Customer Service Management (CSM) module, to perform troubleshooting on issues raised by users.
You are also expected to have strong analysis skills and be independent in supporting the system.As anAssociate DevOps Engineer , havingmid-server, Linux, and DB knowledgeis a huge plus.
