Our team is looking for an Associate DevOps Engineer who will provide L2 and L3 support for Global BU Critical service SPARK and ensure that all agreed targets, SLAs, and metrics are met.
You need to have strong knowledge inServiceNow , particularly theCustomer Service Management (CSM) module , to perform troubleshooting on issues raised by users.
You are also expected to have strong analytical skills and be independent in supporting the system.
