Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements, including:Liquidation
Receivership
Judicial management
Schemes of arrangement
Monitoring or acting as a special accountant
Debt restructuringPlan, schedule, and oversee the progress and timely delivery of all assignments.
Conduct financial reviews and develop comprehensive restructuring proposals.
Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Strategically delegate tasks within the team to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist with special projects as assigned, ensuring successful and timely completion.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with preference for candidates holding professional qualifications.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
Confident, proactive, and results-driven.
