The Learning & Development Lead is part of the dynamic cluster team in AP Organon. As the essential business advisor to the Cluster's leadership and stakeholders, your role is to understand AP's distinct needs and to establish an L&D strategy that effectively addresses these.

In this role you will be reporting to the Marketing and Commercial Operations Executive Director, AP Cluster and responsible for the development and delivery on a Learning and Development vision and roadmap.
Responsibilities:
You will be a people manager leading one other Regional L&D Manager.
You will be developing the short term and long term L&D Roadmap for AP Cluster and Sub Cluster markets.
You will be advising business leaders on the L&D implications of regional business decisions, strategies, and organization change efforts.
You will be consulting and advising Cluster leadership to achieve an aligned view of L&D needs and priorities in support of current and future business outcomes.
You will drive L&D initiatives by consulting with key stakeholders to identify performance needs and gaps, then collaborating with Global and Cluster organization and functions to realize and implement programs.
You will be monitoring and leveraging performance results and recommending L&D improvement opportunities, as appropriate.
You will be partnering with HR to provide L&D expertise in support of the development and implementation of HR plans, programs, and tools to build and enhance organizational capability, as appropriate.
You will be engaging with the Cluster team to drive competency development initiatives to support trend-breaking Digital capability acceleration.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
A relevant bachelor's Degree required; master's degree preferred.
At least 3 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Asia and 5 years' experience within areas of Learning, Development, Organizational Development, and Education.
The ability to engage with business leaders around business strategy, goals, and business outcomes, and make sound business decisions.
A proven capability to develop sustainable and cooperative professional relationships with all levels of the organization and across cultures.
Converse confidently using the English language.
A second language in Mandarin or Vietnamese would be highly advantageous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
