Key Responsibilities"live" operation, working closely with Sales, Product Management, Client Service, IT andOperations partners to enable Business Strategy and facilitate revenue growthExpected to partner and support GTB Sales to structure accounts and solutions for clients thatmeet client's business requirementsParticipate in client management and Sales/RFP opportunities on complex working capitalmanagement solutionsExpected to implement using structured project management tools & techniques while managingmultiple client projects simultaneously to ensure customer solutions are implemented on timeand within SLAsAll deals must be diligently log into the deal tracker and demonstrate strong discipline to followup with stakeholders ensuring deals implementation are progressing smoothly and withintimelineResponsible for managing client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through followup,client responsiveness, thorough communication and customer trainingArrange with IT and clients to conduct system testing prior to go liveHandhold clients on 1st live transaction and continue to monitor the volume until ramp up withinthe first few monthsSupports Strategic Business Units & GTB Sales staff when technical expertise is required onelectronic banking products and solutions, training and supportAbility to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneouslyBe aware of other regional service and implementation activity and partner as appropriateAd-hoc projects like system migration or new system deployment may be assigned to this roleand incumbent is expected to lead and support such ad-hoc project
