Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will support the achievement of business objectives.
This includes the following: Work closely with the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team to assist with the monthly review of all functions against budgets.
Ensure all entries are recorded in the appropriate budgeted cost centers on a monthly basis.
Analyze variances and list exceptions for monthly discussions with each functional head.
Coordinate and lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with functions and the FP&A team.
Prepare ad-hoc reports as required, in coordination with the FP&A team.
Support all functional heads with ad-hoc reports and analysis to help achieve organizational goals.
Prepare, analyze, and submit major functional reports to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have: Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
Knowledge of financial accounting and analysis.
Experience working in a SAP environment is a must.
Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
2-3 years of experience in finance business partnering.
Experience working across functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization.
Detail-oriented and reliable.
Retail industry experience preferred.
