JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Responsibilities:
Perform monthly closing (e.g. revenue recognition and reconciliation, invoice issuance, cost accruals, etc.) and prepare management account in a timely and accurate manner and comply with reporting and applicable accounting standards (e.g. MFRS and group accounting policies).
Prepare management report and variance analysis reports, reconciliations, and constant monitoring and clearing on account balances.
Liaise with internal/external auditors, where relevant, including preparation of audit schedules.
Assist in preparing budget and forecast.
Assist in the preparation for SST submission.
Assist on the debtor collection follow up and update.
Assist in preparation of annual statutory financial reporting and audit schedules.
Involve in any ad hoc projects or assignments, where required.
