Job Description:
Associate - Financial ServicesBanking and finance practice work, including drafting of documentation for loans and issuance of bonds/Sukuk, providing regulatory advice on financial services and securities laws.
Experience would be an added advantage.
Associate - Dispute ResolutionCandidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction law dispute resolution practice.
Experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts would be considered an added advantage.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Associate - Financial ServicesInterested applicants should have good academic results.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Excellent command of both English language and Bahasa Malaysia.
Associate - Dispute ResolutionAble to work independently with minimum supervision.
Display high confidence capabilities and able to work in a team.
Able to lead a team of junior Associates and/or pupil-in-chambers.
