Associate (Front Desk)

You will be the "face" of the business for all members and guests, and will be responsible for the first impression we make when they arrive.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and capable of quickly and tactfully dealing with service requests and support matters including complaints, as well as efficiently make arrangements for facilities use. You are expected to provide timely and effective support services to all members and their guests. Having strong customer focus, a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times while on duty is absolutely essential.
 
Other than handling administrative and meeting support services for members and their guests, you will also be the primary point of contact for coordination of technology, productivity equipment, and all other amenities available to resident and non-resident members.
 
You must be able to perform under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and discretion in your conduct.
 
Responsibilities Perform daily opening and closing.Keep front desk tidy and well-presented at all times.Answer and direct all incoming calls promptly and efficiently.Assist and actively support management in the upkeep of the building.Monitor consumables Inventory and use, and place orders when necessary.Perform the registration of new members and maintaining the database of existing members.Supervise and support resident member move-in and move-out arrangements. Conduct new member onboarding and induction including preparing requisite documents and items.Maintain and update member and service records and files.Coordinate and collaborate with property management to ensure all the maintenance and cleaning work is performed with minimal disruption to members and their guests.Schedule facility viewing appointments and receive incoming membership enquiries.Assist with all sales force reporting processes including leads, intakes, connections, opportunities, and any additional assigned by supervisors.Additional duties as reasonably required to deliver excellence in customer service and an exceptional customer experience for members and guests.
 Requirements A positive, can-do attitude!A responsible person with integrity, well known among colleagues, friends and family for your reliability and dependability.Having prior experience as a customer relationship officer, front desk executive, customer service agent or similar, is advantageous.Otherwise, those without experience but with formal training /tertiary education in hospitality, retail and customer service may apply.You must be a people-person who finds meeting and interacting with new people an enjoyable and rewarding part of your work.You must have a strong passion for hospitality or customer service, and derives a great deal of satisfaction when able to successfully help customers with their needs and requirements in a timely manner.You should be competent in using MSOffice applications (especially Outlook, Excel and Word).You should not be afraid of technology and be comfortable with using and supporting use of common IT and office productivity tools such as WiFi, video conferencing applications, phone systems, projection devices and networked printers.Having strong Bahasa and English communication skills, both verbal and written, is essential.You should be enthusiastic about learning, be able to work independently but very capable of participating as a team player when the need arises.
