Knowledge of ATE flow and debug- Prior experience in debugging ATE patterns that have been generated- ATPG Coverage analysis and improvements- SA/At-Speed pattern generation and optimization- Handle pre-silicon DFT verification (Simulation)- MBIST logic generation, simulation and Debug- DFT clocking and DFT timing constraints- Doing scan synthesis and scan-chain analysis/stitching etc- Knowledge in Spyglass DFT analysis- Work on the DFT methodologies for new technology nodes- Should have worked at full chip/module level- Knowledge on Mentor tools is preferredUST Global is a fast-growing digital technology company providing advanced computing and digital innovation solutions to large enterprises across the globe.
