Perform customer and market research analyzing and interpreting while identifying patterns and solutions specific to Industry domains and technology areas.

Support the mission, vision, and culture of the organization and the UST brand by generating positive communication in internal and/or external media (and in all social media channels).
Create visibility for the unique UST organizational and employee culture as well as relay compelling stories about our offerings across the portfolio.
Collaborate on designing brand narratives and stories for all types of media from traditional to digital; for all types of influencers including social, governmental, think-tank, and other global thought leaders.
Collaborate with UST Global marketing teams and leadership to develop and coordinate advertising, marketing, and promotional plans across the portfolio and for recruiting needs.
Manage end-to-end consistent external communication in line with organizational brand and marketing strategies while creating a detailed tactical plan and calendar for amplifying each specific campaign through PR and social media channels.
Analyze, measure, and track media coverage and sentiment continuously; develop responses, capture opportunities, and triage issues/crises when needed.
Working with other team members designing and implementing strategy to grow online influencer base and overall traffic to UST social media channels.
Provide analytics around effectiveness to management and leadership team.
Ensure periodic update of key news on UST social media channels refining core messaging to ensure consistency in communication across all channels.
Monitor for any UST branding or messaging violations in social media channels.

Adherence to marketing processes.
Defined productivity standards for project.

Additional Comments:Job Description: Support and enable Marketing department, providing business program marketing support including but not limited to:
Driving the strategy and execution of customized and scalable global partner co-marketing programs and campaigns.
Developing full year co-marketing framework and managing the approval process and plan globally.
Program training.
Escalation management.
Noncompliance - work with IIP finance for resolution of compliance queries.
Localization of content.
Provide marketing assistance to customers using effective communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
Solve problems within agreed quality standards using a good understanding of customer and Intel relationship.
Identifies and escalates complex problems to the next level of support and resolve as per agreed SLA.
Familiarizes self with the company partner marketing programs.
Help to provide solutions/suggestions to customer, following a set of SOP.
Provide good customer service experience to customers.
Work on Intel program tools and make necessary entries.
Understand and respect language and country nuances when talking with the customers in different countries.
Client management, customer service – from Europe/US Requirement.
Degree holder in any field, marketing or accounting/finance degree holders preferred.
At least 3 years working experience in Marketing/Finance and related fields.
Advertisement background will be an advantage.
Good reporting especially Excel or Power BI.
Experience working in a multinational company environment.
Speaking in decent English.
