Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing and executing various functions related to investors, to ensure seamless fund operations. Key responsibilities include processing investor transactions, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers accurately and efficiently. Support the quality control review process of daily deliverables following company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration, dealing, reporting, and cash.
Maintain up-to-date investor records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. Be a main contact for daily client inquiries and deliverables within your team, striving to complete deliverables within Service level agreements, escalate any client or deliverable issues where required and appropriate.
Collaborate with internal teams, including client services and fund accounting, to address investor inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Respond to queries from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard and provide assistance and guidance to the team members in query responses.
Work with immediate Line Manager on testing, change requests and adoption of new technologies to enhance service offering.

Minimum RequirementsHas relevant work experience, preferably in financial services, fund administration, asset management, banking or client service.
Knowledge of Investor Services processes and related functionalities will be considered an asset.
Existing client/customer service experience would be ideal.
Computer skills with strengths in Microsoft Office products. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel would be an asset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
