He/She will provide training and sales on-boarding to new sales team/CSR and provide continuous skill development to the sales team/CSR.
The role will maintain close relationships with key customer accounts and ensure that their requirements are being met by the company's products and service level.
Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist surgeons and nurses in the use of Zimmer's instruments and products in surgeries.Maintains current knowledge of procedures performed.Prepare & deliver ID CardMaintain positive working and build strong ethical business relationships with key customers to ensure continuous usage of our productsLead and plan manpower deployment for daily case coverage.Support sales team in appropriate delegation of CSR team tasks on a daily basisAct as the 'go-to' resource for CSR team in regarding clinical practice, surgical preferences, policies and proceduresResponsible for orientation, training, field coaching and skills development, retention, and daily supervision of CSRs.Develop CSRs to their highest potential and skill set for both communication and clinical skills.Collaborate with Sales/Territory Managers in the supervision of other sales team members to ensure all Sales Representative are assessed annually on clinical skills competencies.Responsible for orientation, training, field coaching and clinical skills development of Sales Representatives.Partner with Sales/Territory Managers to develop a collaborative, problem solving culture.Any other ad-hoc sales duties assignedThis is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADA.Education / Experience RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Life Science/Science and Nursing CertificateMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales to hospital or nursing background with experience in operating theatreStrong interpersonal and communication skills EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
