As an Associate Manager, Customer Marketing, you will be responsible for Customer Marketing activities across all assigned brands, segments, or projects with geographic scope limited to the assigned cluster. In this position, you are also in charge of planning and execution of assigned portfolio's in-store activities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To get necessary data preparation of the assigned brand according to activity plan Data generation and analysis for category growth planning Customer / Channel analysis to identify market opportunities with assigned portfolio offering/product mix Managed promotion campaign and in-store operation of the assigned brand according to activity plan and ensure stocks are available for sales in the system on time Work closely with supply chain, designer, co-packing and procurement to design and develop all necessary documentations and materials Manage allocation requirement relating to all POSM within agreed time frame Manage POSM expenses according to budget given Liaise with BTL agency for the POSM development Required Skills / Experience / Competencies: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/ Customer Marketing Minimum 5 years experience in commercial roles (with 2 years in Trade Marketing/Customer Marketing is preferred) FMCG background will be an added advantage Strong analytics and planning skills Computer literacy in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint is a must Good command in Nielsen Advisor Benefits & Culture: SC Johnson is committed to providing a Great Place to Work for all its employees.
