Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Technical Knowledge:Maintenance managers need to have an in-depth understanding of the equipment or systems for which they are responsible. They must know how to maintain and repair these devices and be able to identify and solve technical problems.
Project Management:Maintenance managers need to effectively manage multiple maintenance projects to ensure that all work is completed on time. They should be able to set and track project progress and ensure that all resources are used effectively.
Communication Skills:Maintenance managers need to communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and customers. They must explain technical issues clearly and provide clear instructions.
Problem-solving skills:When a problem arises, maintenance managers need to find solutions quickly and effectively. They should analyze the problem and develop an effective resolution strategy.
People Management:Maintenance managers need to manage their teams effectively. They should coach and motivate their team members and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
Qualifications:Technical school or university certificate.
RMA repair with 7+ years of experience as a test technician preferred or experience in computer manufacturing.
Language Skills: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
Good knowledge of computer or electronic components or devices.
Good knowledge of computer or electronic components testing and inspection (College degree).
