Primary Purpose:
This role reports to the Senior Manager to plan and execute integrated marketing activation and PR plans.
You will also provide recommendations for integrated plans, provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet marketing & commercial objectives that are aligned with global vision while understanding local business needs.
Candidate must be proficient with data analysis for sales promotion, activation & various in-house systems.

Execute marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition & retention.
Implement measurement strategies that align with campaign goals.
Ability to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics.
Identify new opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Collaborate with other business units to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall brand goals and objectives.
Plan and coordinate marketing events and on-ground activations.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with our internal Digital team to align on the media buys & objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of our campaigns.
Create and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, roadshows, and media events.
Work with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute marketing campaign, collateral, digital, events and activations.
Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and/or Company.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
5+ years of marketing experience and strong functional skills in consumer & brand marketing.
Strong project management skills from design to completion with an action orientation.
A passion for fashion and sensitivity to trends.
Experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage.
Positive, driven and can work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to present a story in an inspiring and convincing manner.
