Management - Store (Retail & Consumer Products)
Responsible for the daily operations of the store, overseeing and inspecting various tasks (service quality, cleanliness, food preparation quality, beverage production quality, etc.) to ensure that the store provides services to customers according to standards, enhancing brand visibility.
Implement market activities from headquarters, optimize store management revenue, control operational costs, and increase store profitability; perform store performance analysis and adjust operational strategies promptly.
Responsible for recruiting, motivating, and evaluating the performance of store employees, and managing store personnel.
Handle customer complaints and disputes, ensuring that customer issues are resolved.
Collect and analyze store operation data, including sales, customer traffic, conversion rates, etc.
Assist in executing the new store opening process, ensuring smooth store openings and daily operations, and ensuring good communication and cooperation with relevant departments.
Responsible for managing the operations of stores in the region, tracking store performance data, and developing improvement plans based on analysis to ensure the achievement of operational targets and sales goals.
Complete other tasks assigned by leadership and regularly report on store operations to supervisors.
What we're looking for
More than 2 years of experience in managing tea beverage stores, with experience in market development.
Familiarity with the operation and management processes of tea beverage stores, with extensive knowledge of store operations.
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools.
Good communication and coordination skills, as well as a team-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Malay is preferred.
Legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred.
