We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.The Opportunity:As an Associate Order Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders for our EMEA region.Your primary responsibility will be to review, validate, and input orders into our systems, ensuring that all necessary information is correct and complete.What Your Impact Will Be: Order Processing:Efficiently process automated orders (EDI, SFA) and manual orders (Excel uploads).Conduct thorough checks to identify and rectify errors in product information, pricing, and customer details.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data records.Customer Service:Collaborate with local market Customer Service teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.Facilitate occasional customer queries and provide timely support.Process Improvement:Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency across EMEA markets.Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to optimize workflows and reduce errors.Administrative Tasks:Perform additional administrative duties as required, such as report generation and data analysis.What We're Looking For: Language Proficiency:Fluent in English (written and spoken).Proficiency in a second European language is a plus.Technical Skills:Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Excellent data entry accuracy and numerical skills.Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.A positive and collaborative team player.A proactive and results-oriented approach.Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in data processing and control.Prior involvement in change management initiatives.
