We develop designs and programs that promote community engagement and enhance the livability of urban spaces.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role as an Associate Partner at Urban Agenda Design. The Associate Partner will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing design projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as conducting site visits, coordinating with architects and contractors, developing design concepts, and preparing presentations. This is a hybrid role, with the main office located in WP. Kuala Lumpur but some remote work is acceptable.QualificationsStrong project management and leadership skillsExperience in urban planning, architecture, or related fieldProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD / SketchUp / BIMExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsExperience in community engagement and participatory designKnowledge of sustainable design principlesBachelor's degree in Urban Planning / Architecture
