PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The above role is part of a diverse team to define the roadmap of Vascular Intervention (VI) product line, responsible for support and launches of campaigns to the local countries, which include product training programs, working closely with all stakeholders to assist in delivering of their local marketing strategies. He/She will gather, analyze data from all the relevant sources and communicate the evolution of the product roadmaps from the region to the country levels.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Assist to define strategy & roadmap that meets the objectives of the brand by using relevant metrics of BIOTRONIK products to inform on how best to build product roadmap.Organize BIOTRONIK's key marketing campaigns, working collaboratively with local sales team on the selection of the KOLs / Key Account speakers. Identify together with his/her senior team member(s) on strengths and weaknesses of proposed products relative to the competition, anticipate competitive responses, and consider competitive actions in the development of sales projections.Maintain constant surveillance and awareness of the market and has been able to effectively identify customer needs and trends. Maintain awareness of competitive products, potential competitive products, competitors, and competitor capabilities. Collect and analyze data on competitors and help to organize this data into meaningful information. Consult with his/her manager(s) on product plans and product strategy with team members to assure understanding and obtain consensus where necessary.Organize or effectively participate in competitive intelligence efforts. Ensure overall plans and understand program direction and needed actions are well-aligned.Provide support to the local countries in rollout of more systemic campaigns for new or existing product portfolio & develop core positioning for key products.Support requests for customer proposals and presentations and ensures all relevant materials exist to support the product. Create and define tools that enable the sales channels and customers to evaluate product options.Organize and conduct product training programs to all key stakeholders. BASIC QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Studies. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare industry experience with proven track record in medical device organization. Good knowledge of key trends within the medical device segments and has the ability to analyze and identify potential opportunities.Strong written and verbal skills in English. Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals across the regions. Able to facilitate rapid idea generation, viability assessment, champions radical ideas, influence and shift the boundaries of thinking.Willingness to travel extensively.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
