Support new stores opening or enhancement projects to ensure smooth operations are met.
Facilitate and coordinate various training and onboarding programs such as Coach College for new joiners, aftersales service (monogramming & product aftercare), grooming workshop, retail offsite etc.
Lead forecasting for inventory and packaging management.
Communications Consolidate and coordinate all communication by all departments on a weekly basis through a transmittal process.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
1-2 years of retail operations experience or fresh graduates with internship experience in retail industry are welcome to apply Strong in forecasting and data-driven.
Strong customer focus and ability to cultivate relationships with maintenance vendors/contractors.
Outstanding communication skills with strong organizing and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
