Associate-Retail Supply Chain

Team and Role Introduction:Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:
Manage open-to-buy to meet financial targets and productivity metrics at the SKU level for performance, sales, inventory, receipt, and margin goals.
Manage SKU life cycle and react to in-season sales to inform the strategy going forward.
Analyze and forecast business to ensure stock planning, including adjusting product flow and inventory management to help achieve strategies planned by commercial/business.
Communicate with commercial, sourcing, warehouse, and third-party vendors to ensure timely ordering & delivery of shipments.
Review seasonal product performance and share season-over-season learnings based on outbound trends.
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications (must have):To succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
3 – 4 years of work experience in planning with a strong analytical mindset.
Innovative problem-solving skills; dissecting root causes of problems and implementing solutions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with proven ability to represent your organization in external meetings.
Self-starter traits, take ownership and be passionate in driving results, comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in managing big data in Excel.
