About the opportunityWe are looking for an** Associate, Rider Recruitment **to be based in our Rider Hub located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia to assist us in expanding our current fleet of riders across Malaysia.** **This role will be reporting to the **Senior Manager, Rider Recruitment**.**Responsibilities**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Use the existing Applicant Tracking System to manage the full cycle rider recruitment, including but not limited to:- Validating applicants' documents- Scheduling test rides for riders.- Screening drivers for capability and experience.- Assisting with administrative functions for local leads, such as ensuring that new hire processes and documentations are completed.- Supporting the new hires with their questions during the first few weeks (eg. first week questions regarding payroll, etc...)What you need to be successful- Previous experience in customer service, sales or business administration is an asset.- Excellent communication skills.- Strong interpersonal skills.- Good time management skills.- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc...) is essential.Who we are"To be the most loved everyday food and groceries destination!" - that's our mission at foodpanda (small 'f').foodpanda is the largest food and grocery delivery platform in Asia, outside of China.
