This role involves analyzing critical business processes and reporting needs and co-creating data or automation solutions.
The ideal candidate will enhance and optimize processes across various teams to achieve peak efficiency in performance and cost reduction, while also elevating quality, minimizing errors, and reducing lead times.What to expect:Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and convert them into technical specifications for RPA solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements for data solutions.Analyze business process requirements to develop precise automation workflows.Manage the full lifecycle of RPA solutions, from identifying automation opportunities and gathering requirements, to implementation, testing, and deployment.Document customer business requirements clearly to ensure effective deployment of automation projects.Conduct process design and complexity analyses to identify prime candidates for automation.Design, develop, and test automation workflows using RPA tools like UiPath, Power Platform, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.Produce process documentation and user guides to support the adoption of RPA solutions.What will make you successful:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.2-3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst/RPA Developer preferred.Proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Platform, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere.Knowledge of programming languages like C#, Python, VB Script, .Net.Skilled in creating technical specification documents for RPA projects.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strategic thinking with a focus on both operational and critical aspects.Effective problem solver with robust listening skills.Dedicated to process improvement with a client-centric approach.Deep understanding of IT architecture and a strong affinity for IT.Effective networker with negotiation skills to resolve complex issues.Energetic team player with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.You may like to know the team better by knowing the people in the team.
