Learn more atSitecore.com .What You'll Do:As a Software Engineer, you will be a member of the Product Support Services Team, responsible for assisting Sitecore's implementation partners with best practices guidance, troubleshooting complex customizations, reverse engineering, and significantly contribute towards ramping up and developing the team in the first year.Sitecore implementations are handled by their network of partners.
Because of the complex nature of Sitecore's products, their partners often need assistance in mapping customer requirements to implementation best practices.
The Software Engineer will work with partners to understand customer requirements and determine the proper implementation approach.
In addition, the Software Engineer may troubleshoot implementations that are experiencing complex performance or functional issues.
