JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
Managing UI - accountability to surface & curate content effectively.
Aggregating content across all CMG Content Pillars (Malay, Kids, Chinese, International, Korean & Sports).
Prepare a content slate that reflects the content activity of the whole year, quarterly, monthly or weekly to be shared across stakeholders.
Provide content highlights on a weekly basis to the whole team reflecting the latest content offerings across all Content Pillars, to facilitate stakeholders' next course of actions (marketing & product).
Create and execute comprehensive rollout and promotion plans for content.
Work with marketing in content marketing pushes and media materials.
Collaborate with the Content Management Group teams on certain initiatives, ensuring consistent internal/external messaging.
Manage Sooka Content Library, a complete database of content published to Sooka across all Content Pillars.
Work with the Operations team to manage content delivery, metadata requirements, and content providers' requirements to ensure punctual ingestion of content.
Oversee viewership trends to strategize FREE VS PAID exercise of the content based on trends and demand (monitor trends on social media that potentially contributed to the viewership spikes and provide insights).
Manage in-app content assets for content in-app content pushes and enhancing customer experience.
Process content trailers, posters, and metadata for content trailers (working closely with OAP and marketing).
Work closely with OPS and Tech team to ensure best content presentation in-app.
AD-HOC: Furnish reports on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis as per request from stakeholders.
Monitor and report on the performance of content across platforms.
Use market & behavior data along with audience research to drive data and analytics that determine effective programming strategies and identify scheduling gaps and audience segment opportunities.
Work with data analytics on consumer insights and behavior to guide in making content decisions.
Provide insights & reports as requested on AD-HOC basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who you are:
At least 1 year of experience and ideally with a Degree, Professional Certificate, or equivalent in a related field.
Self-starter, diligent, and resourceful.
Good organizational agility, command skills, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of multiple business units.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
