Job DescriptionJob Family: Maintenance Support / Technical
Reporting: Associate Manager, Project & Resource
Function / Responsibilities:
Part of the Technical Post Delivery team. Your responsibilities include technical support, maintenance and troubleshooting. You are expected to work with our client to ensure IT Support Services are delivered based on the agreed service level definition.
Ensuring assigned support requests are attended to promptly & meeting their expectation.
Responsible for support issues as a priority.
Assist in Support Team in performing technical fault isolation or troubleshooting at the Customer's premises.
Create, update, and maintain documentation and operational procedures.
Assists and provides support in Project delivery.
Required to be on standby for Support Requests.

Technology Competencies and Experience Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Windows Client Operating System and common applications such as MS Office, Anti-Virus, data backup, and data migration/recovery.
Resourceful, highly driven, and self-motivated with competency and a strong sense of responsibility.
Familiarity with basic or administration network components (Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points, Firewall) and systems components (Server hardware, Microsoft, Linux).
Enjoy working in a highly performance-driven environment.
Good knowledge of IT products.
Positive attitude towards continuous learning.
At least 1 year in an IT and Customer support environment.
Education or Certification:
Minimum a Diploma in IT / Computer Studies or equivalent.
Good Spoken & Writing Proficiency in English.
