TheAssociate (Testing & Change Request)is responsible to ensure that software applications and systems, in the context of finance-related systems function correctly and meet business requirements. This role requires he/she to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. He/she will also develop requirement details and template for user and vendor's understanding and liaise with Singtel IT and Vendors during requirement gathering.

Developing requirement details and template for user and vendor's understanding and liaising with Singtel IT and Vendors duringrequirement gathering.
Taking ownership of change requests relating to business requirements.
Providing guidance to operations on IT systems, Fraud and Payment report related enquiries and system behaviours.
Working closely with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, DevOps engineers, product owners, senior executives, system integrators and product partners, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Attending todesign review and solutioningon system enhancements and solution with various stakeholders.
ProvidingTest scenarios , executing and overseeing the overall testing for change requests.
Tracking and updatingChange Requestson a timely manner.
Providing documentation, training materials and briefing to end users.
Attending to ad-hoc meetings andtesting of defect fixeson system behaviour (may require to work during off-peak hours on system launch or testing).
Developing and documenting test plans and strategies based on project requirements and timeline.
Identifying test objectives, scope, and resources needed for testing.
Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structuredtest cases . Ensuring test coverage for all functional and non-functional requirements.
Executing test cases and documenting results. Performing both manual and automated testing as required.
Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects. Working with development teams toresolve defectsand verify fixes.
Generating test reports and metrics to provide visibility into test progress and quality. Communicating test results and risks to stakeholders.
Participating in post-implementation reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement. Staying updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet the expected quality standards.
Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Skills for Success
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution. (Minimum GPA of 3.0)
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in IT systems, incident management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Project Management role.
Prior experience in testing financial applications or systems is highly valued. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Knowledge of financial systems, such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and accounting software. E.g. SAP, EDW, COGNOS etc.
Proficiency in various testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
Experience with different types of testing, such as user acceptance, performance testing.
Ability to interpret and understand business requirements and translate into test cases.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in identifying issues and verifying fixes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of issues and assess their impact.
Prior experience in Project Management is recommended.
