Asst Finance Manager

Job Description Handle full set of development and/or construction accounts and prepare various financial / accounting reports in a timely manner.
Manage and control of all banking-related transactions and accounting processes.
Prepare monthly financial management report, monitor, summarize and analyze the financial performance of the Project (includes P&L, variance analysis against budget and forecast, balance sheet and cash flow); initiate corrective actions and minimize the impact of variances.
Assist in feasibility studies, and prepare cash flow for financing purposes.
Proactively establish business processes and policies for operational efficiency and control, where necessary.
Liaise with internal & external auditors, tax agents, solicitors, bankers, company secretary and other professionals to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirements.
Any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, or - - Professional Degree such as ACCA, CIMA, MICPA or equivalent; Tax knowledge and result-oriented.
Able to deal with fast-paced environment.
Ensure accuracy and data integrity of all financial data.
Possess high level of integrity, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
At Least 5 years of relevant working experience, knowledge of IFCA and SQL is an added advantage.
