1. To oversee the Sales, Marketing, Production, Purchase and Admin Departments. 2. To ensure the various departments are functioning smoothly and efficiently. 3. To build up the networking of sales of our top fast moving products and also ensure the ordering & stocking. 4. To have good working relationship with the key Government Agencies/ Departments (e.g. Customs, Labour,etc) and also the private entities such as Shipping Companies and Banks 5. Responsible for resources planning, production planning, coordination, control and forecasting to meet production budget/forecast and cost control. 6.
