Audiologist

Looking for a passionate and driven audiologist to join our team, dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients and improving their quality of life through diagnostics tests, rehabilitation, and personalized care.
Responsibilities:
Establish rapport with and gather history from patients, conduct audiometric testing, counsel patients, and make recommendations for hearing aids.
Perform diagnostic testing.
Program, clean, and troubleshoot hearing aids.
Fit hearing aids and assist with any adjustments, questions, or problems.
Maintain documentation and patient files.
Follow up for government sales and payment collections.
Maintain rapport with referring resources, hospitals, and welfare agencies.
Provide product training to hospital audiologists.
Requirements:
Minimum recognized degree in Audiology.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Willing to pay more for Senior Audiologists with extensive experience.
Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (local dialects will be an advantage due to customer demography).
Meticulous, organized, and possess good interpersonal skills.
Proficient in filling and documentation work and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
